I am Mr. Daniel Jonah Johnson, the CEO of Swirge, Inc. We are focused on building decentralized protocols on the blockchain.
Last year was a very tough year for all of us in Swirge and the industry at large, there was a huge liquidity crunch problem, and we at Swirge were running out of funds to keep the project going.
Regardless of all the problems, we continued to build, and we launched some exciting products last year and were able to accomplish a lot.
We launched the Swirge mobile application last year and made it available in Beta on Apple and Google play store. We took Swirge decentralized social media platform multichain incorporating Avalanche, Fantom, and the One Ledger Blockchains.
We also successfully incorporated our company in the United States of America as Swirge, Inc, a Delaware c cooperation, and restructured our company in-house to follow all legal procedures and be compliant.
In late 2022 we also announced our first seed funding round for Swirge Inc, with an ask of $3,000,000 for 20% equity in the company.

We also launched some new exciting products, Swirge Games, a fair play-to-earn platform. And SwirgeQ, an Online Quiz app.
We also took some drastic measures, which was a tough decision to put some SWG Tokens for sale via an OTC method to raise funds to cover the company’s expenses and keep the project running.
In Summary, 2022 was a challenging year, and as long as we survived one of the worst winters in crypto history, we are molded and groomed for a better future.
2023 will be an incredible year. With the experiences gathered, we are ready to face the year ahead, and with hard work and consistency, we will conquer.

We’ve got a lot planned out for 2023, from the long-awaited Swirge Finance relaunch to closing our seed round and launching the Swirge app off beta to adding new foreign professionals to the core team and expanding our advisory board with top individuals in the space as we work together to build the future!
